GENERAL CONTRACTED CONDITIONS

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Tourism Fee AED 10 is applicable per night and is payed by guests directly upon check-out.

RATES VALIDITY

The rates are valid for individual leisure bookings only (max 9 rooms). Rates do not apply for groups.

NEW YEAR POLICY

Minimum Length of Stay is 5 nights is required for arrivals on December 29, 2024 and December 30, 2024.
Check-in/ Check-out is not available on December 27, 2024 and January 02, 2025.
Please note that Half Board and Full Board Meals will be unavailable during 31 December 2024 - New Year’s Eve Dinner
COMPULSORY
Compulsory Dinner on New Year’s Eve is applicable on 31 December 2024 .

MEAL POLICY

Half Board (Lunch or Dinner) and Full Board (Lunch and Dinner) at the main restaurant.

ACCOMMODATION FEATURES

Baby cot for Infants will be provided on free of charge upon request and subject to availability basis.

Children will be accommodated with 1 Sofa Bed, which is available in King Size Bedded Rooms only.

Third Adult will be accommodated in King Size Bedded Room with Sofa Bed. Extra bed is a Sofa Bed.

EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY: Early departures will be charged accordingly to the remaining room night's revenue booked. No re-imbursements will be given.

NAME CHANGES: No name change/amendment is allowed.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT POLICY

Check-in time is 3pm on the day of arrival.

Should guest require an Early check-in, the following charges are applicable:
- After 9am and before 2pm is charged at 50% of the contracted room rate.
- Before 9am is subject to one full nights charge & rooms must be reserved one night prior to arrival.

Check-out time is 12 midday on the day of departure.

Should guest require a late check-out from 2pm - 8pm, the charge is 50% of the contracted rate. Late check-out after 8pm is charged at 100% of the room rate.

Early Check-in & Late Check-out is subject to room availability.
